Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 16 oz ground beef
  • ½ medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a skillet over medium high heat until the beef browns and the vegetables soften. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the filling turns smooth.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Form the shredded cheese into 8 even circles.
  • Bake the cheese circles for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges turn lightly brown and the cheese looks lacy.
  • Cool the cheese for 1 to 2 minutes, then add filling to each circle. Roll the cheese around the filling while warm and let the rolls firm before serving.

Notes

Assemble the rolls while the cheese wraps are still warm and flexible. Store the filling separately for meal prep, then make fresh cheese wraps when ready to eat. Nutrition values are approximate.
