Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, shredded cheese, or cinnamon sugar, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the flour and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope, then shape it into a ring.
  • Place the bagels on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg, then add your favorite toppings.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use thick plain Greek yogurt for the best texture. The dough may feel slightly sticky, but avoid adding too much flour. These bagels taste best fresh or toasted.
