Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, dill, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  • Slice the cucumber and thinly slice the red onion. Peel the cucumber first if preferred.
  • Add the cucumber and red onion to the dressing, then toss until evenly coated.
