Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder, about 30 g
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt or 1 banana
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp salt
  • sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 1 spoonful almond butter or cashew butter, optional
  • optional toppings: cinnamon, cinnamon sugar, granola, vanilla yogurt, whipped coconut cream, or cinnamon cereal

Instructions
 

  • Add cold milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt or frozen banana, cinnamon, salt, sweetener, and optional nut butter to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the shake, then adjust the sweetness based on your milk, yogurt, and protein powder.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
  • For a thicker milkshake texture, freeze the blended mixture until solid, then blend again until creamy.
