Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, or tahini, optional
  • to taste sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add the yogurt, milk, cocoa powder or protein powder, salt, optional nut butter, and sweetener to a blender.
  • Blend until the smoothie looks completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add more sweetener if needed. Then serve immediately.

Notes

No banana is needed. Do not add ice because it can weaken the chocolate flavor. For a thicker smoothie, freeze the milk in ice cube trays before blending.
