Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 7 oz cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz grated cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Place a tortilla flat and add cheese to the lower half. Add chicken mixture, then top with more cheese and green onion.
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Heat a pan over medium high heat and lightly coat with oil. Place wraps seam side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Cover the pan to melt the cheese.
  • Remove from pan, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Cover the pan while cooking to help the cheese melt evenly. You can prepare the chicken filling up to 3 days ahead. Cooked wraps reheat best in a skillet or air fryer.
