Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups water, plus more to taste
  • 6 cups ice
  • 2 large lemons, thinly sliced with seeds removed
  • 2 large tangerines or oranges, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced or quartered
  • 4 cups ginger ale

Instructions
 

  • In a large punch bowl, mix the thawed orange juice concentrate with the pineapple juice. Then stir in about 3 cups of water and taste. Add up to 1 more cup of water if you want a lighter flavor.
  • Add the ice, lemon slices, tangerine or orange slices, and strawberries to the punch bowl.
  • Pour in the ginger ale right before serving. Stir gently to combine, then serve immediately with extra fruit for garnish if desired.

Notes

Chill all ingredients before mixing to keep the punch cold without too much ice. Add ginger ale right before serving to keep the fizz fresh. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, then refresh with more ginger ale before serving.
